g3 students
Not just the next generation, but a bigger part of this one.
Gather, Grow, & GO. Our G3 Student Ministry exists to guide others to Jesus. We Gather in worship and friendship, we Grow in service and through study of God's word, and we Go into our community to reach others with the Gospel. There are no age restrictions on one of Jesus' greatest commands, which is Matthew 28:18-20. "Jesus came near and said to them, 'All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.'"
Our G3 Student Ministry exists as a part of Pineora Baptist Church, and, therefore, we exist to further the general ministries of PBC and help the Kingdom of God in a grander sense.
part of something bigger
Young men and women today are inspired by being a part of something bigger than themselves, and this is exactly what Christ has called them to be. We welcome any students (6th - 12th grade) to join us for our regular ministries throughout the year on Wednesdays and Sundays.
Wednesday night typically involves, food, games, musical praise to God, and Bible study. The fun begins with food at 6:00 PM, and ends at 8:00 PM.

Sunday mornings are a special time. At 9:45 AM we have Grace Groups, which, for our youth, involve breakfast, prayer requests, and a Bible lesson. And then we head over to the worship service to be with the rest of the congregation of PBC, which starts at 11am.

Sunday evenings are typically a time of hanging out, and doing a craft together (sometimes, with a slice of pizza or two).
on the move
We believe in involving our students in all of our ministries at PBC, and they have accepted and embraced this challenge. Our students enjoy getting involved in various ministries at PBC, and are especially a great help to our homeless ministry. If you or your student are interested in serving in this capacity, you can find more information here.
encourage and equip
We encourage parental guardians to ask about their student's experiences at church, because, although we love to have fun, our greatest desire for our students is for them to experience a deep and personal relationship with Christ, and learn to share that relationship wit others.
No one can help them out better, in that regard, than a parent who both knows and loves the Lord, and is fully dedicated to helping his/her whole household to know Him better. If there is anything that we can do to help equip the parents of our youth to disciple them better, please let us know!
